Sun Vista Realty, Inc. is a licensed real estate company that was started in 1979 by David P. Grieco and Michael A. Lynch. It evolved into a full service real estate company that provides sales services as the award winning Coldwell Banker Sun Vista Realty and rental services under Sun Vista Reservations. Both divisions are at two separate locations on Gulf Blvd. in Indian Shores, directly across from the Gulf of Mexico.

Sun Vista Reservations has grown into a full service rental and property management company that has accumulated over 250 rental properties and generates millions in rental revenue for its owners annually!
