1. How do we secure our valuables?
We do not provide facilities to secure valuables. Just like a hotel, your rental property may be accessed by service personnel.
2. Can I check in before the 3:00pm?
A 10:00am checkout by a departing guest may occur the same day which would make this request difficult to fulfill. Housekeeping and maintenance need this limited time to make your stay a great experience and very few exceptions are made to this policy.
3. Can I stay beyond the 10:00am check-out time?
If the property is available a 4:00pm checkout time can be arranged for $75.00 plus 12% tax.
4. Is the Security Damage Protector Fee refundable?
The Security Damage Protector Fee is not refundable. This fee provides an insurance plan that covers accidental damages to the rental property caused by the guest.
5. I have booked my rental property through another agency, and it is not what I expected?
Please contact the agency you went through; we booked the reservations according to the instructions supplied by your agent.
6. Is the pool heated?
Most of the properties do have heated pools. Please check with your reservationist if this is a concern. Please remember, during extremely cool weather temperatures, the pool heaters are not designed to maintain high water temperatures. Pool heater protocols vary from complex to complex and we do not have the authority to change these Policies.
7. What if something does not work in the rental property?
We have a maintenance staff on duty during normal business hours. Always contact the office phone number to report emergencies (i.e., no hot water or air conditioning). We will make every effort to attend to the problem within a few hours. A non-emergency will be taken care of within 24 hours of it being reported.
8. Does my unit have internet access or telephone long distance service?
Check with your reservationist to verify if the rental property has WI-FI or if it will need an ethernet cord. Guests can come into our office to use the computer in our business center to print out airline boarding passes or tickets to local attractions. In addition we can confirm to see if your unit has a long distance calling plan.
9. What supplies are in the rental property?
All units are fully furnished and equipped. Linens and towels are provided along with a basic starter kit of expendable supplies. Optional services are available, including additional maid services, linens, and towels. You may contact your reservationist to make arrangements.
10. Are pets allowed on the property?
Most condominiums do not allow renters to bring their pets. For properties that permit pets a non-refundable fee is charged during your stay.
